Carving a whole jamon from Spain is a skill that takes special tools. The skin of the ham, the fat and the meat all have different textures and call for different approaches.

So we have put together this carving set that gives you the tools you need to successfully carve a whole Spanish ham. Firstly the large knife is used to cut away the tough outer skin and fat in the area you wish to carve.

Secondly there is a long flexible knife for slicing thin slices of ham for optimal presentation. Finally the small, agile knife is used to cut around bones and in hard to access parts of the ham.

All of these knives are packed in a convenient wooden box for storage.
