Because it is polished stainless steel the pan is virtually care free. Just wash it with soap and water and it is as good as new. There is no need to worry about seasoning, staining or any kind of rust.

The pan bottom is dimpled in order to spread heat evenly. You can use this paella pan either in the oven, on top of the stove, or on an outdoor grill. This size pan makes enough paella for a dinner for four people --- and what an attractive way to serve your creation!
