This hot chorizo by imperial has a smoky, garlicky flavor with a mild spiciness. Slice the artisan cured sausage thinly and serve with fresh bread and a glass of red wine.

Careful curing and excellent ingredients are the secret to great chorizo. Imperial chorizo is made using premium lean pork seasoned with spicy oak wood smoked Spanish paprika (pimentón de La Vera), sea salt and fresh garlic - and absolutely no preservatives, nitrates or nitrites. Each chorizo is slow cured until it is ready to be cut into delicious slices of pure authentic flavor.

Master chorizo-maker Alfonzo Blazquez has a mission to bring his celebrated chorizos to America. Every ingredient is carefully selected, and using a centuries old Spanish recipe honed in the countryside of Extremadura, the true chorizo of Spain is recreated here.
