Your paella pan will change color and absorb more flavors with each use. This pan is extra large and should be used with one of our paella burners.
Treat the pan like any steel or cast iron pan: wash it by hand, then coat it with neutral food-safe oil to stop rust. If it does get rusty, simply clean it with steel wool.
