This type is our favorite! Artisan Esther Tusal lightly sautés fresh Marcona almonds in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. She then tops the nuts with a translucent sugar glaze to keep them sweet, fresh and tasty.
To share the pure nutty flavor of Largueta almonds, Esther simply sautés small batches of the long slender Largueta almonds by hand and adds only a delicate sprinkle of sea salt.

Using her grandmother's recipe, Esther pan toasts small batches of fresh, locally grown almonds in high quality extra virgin olive oil and lightly coats them with caramel. She uses a minimal amount of sugar to achieve the best flavor, without overpowering the flavor of the almond.
