Osborne Fino is the most delicate and dry of the Osborne sherries. It has a pale color and very fresh aroma. Serve it well chilled with seafood or tapas.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Osborne is a centuries old family business well-known around the world for their sherry. The Osborne family designed their wineries in Puerto de Santa Maria specifically for sherry production. The buildings face South and Southwest to catch the sea breeze. They also feature high ceilings to allow the fresh sea air to circulate. Both of these design elements are essential for making a perfect sherry.

Osborne's sherry casks are made of American oak and the wine is allowed to "breathe" through the wood's pores. The casks are never filled to the brim and the tops are never fully sealed. The air that seeps in guarantees some oxidation - a key to making sherry wine.

Over the generations, the Osborne family has managed a company devoted to making and aging sherry wine that is appreciated around the world. Osborne honors the long family tradition of quality sherry production while being enthusiastic about growth and innovation.
