Made with a blend of 3 types of wheat flour, our classic churro mix has just the right balance of lightness and elasticity - resulting in perfect light, crisp churros. With this combo, you'll receive enough mix to make approximately 24 churros.

We recommend cooking them in a deep fryer using vegetable oil, or lard, but you can also use a frying pan filled with a couple of inches of oil.
