This stainless steel pan has gold plated handles for a stunning appearance. The pan's dimpled surface spreads heat evenly for a perfect paella every time. And its stainless steel construction means it won't discolor or rust between uses
Paella began as a humble dish in the Valencia region. Farmers cooked rice, vegetables and game over an open fire in the fields, adding whatever ingredients were available. From this beginning a tradition of grand cuisine was built, and now many of the finest restaurants in Spain serve wonderful paellas featuring the finest ingredients.
Clean your stainless steel paella pan with warm soapy water before its first use. The thick gauge steel is dimpled, so the head is distributed evenly across the pan. We recommend using wooden cooking spoons so that the surface is not scratched by metal tools.
This beautiful paella pan creates a magnificent presentation when you serve your paella, and is an adornment for your kitchen between uses.
