Cook the perfect paella with our exclusive new paella grill system. Paella was created as an outdoor dish cooked over open flames, and to this day it remains the most enjoyable way to prepare this famous dish. This paella system offers three great ways to cook over open fire.

First, you can prepare your paella over a propane burner to give you full control of heat and an easy, clean set-up. Hose and regulator designed specifically for the U.S. are included - all you'll need is a full propane tank!

Second, you can cook more traditionally over 'leña' or hardwood, which imparts a smoky flavor to your paella.

Finally, you can cook over charcoal, which also adds that great grilled flavor. The system even comes with a removable grill for preparing chorizo, morcilla and other grilled favorites!

The sturdy metal frame of this paella grill system has 6" tall edges to block the wind. It can be assembled easily in minutes with no tools. The full height of the grill system is 28 3/4" and the diameter is 19". This system includes a 2 ring propane burner for use with paella pans up to 22" in diameter. The outer ring is 16" and the inner one is 8.5".

    "Like all good things, I encountered this through peer pressure. A friend invited us for chow, used this rig, and I had to have one. I send reviews for almost everytning I buy online because I rely on reviews when making those decisions. Rarely does a product or company get a top review. I always leave a little head-room because nobody is perfect, and that includes LaTienda. The burner skirt, on arrival, was scratched and dented and needed a little tweaking even to get the legs to fit into the sockets on the side of the skirt. I wrote to Customer Service, photos included, and they responded immediately to correct the discrepancy. Service = A+. For the product, it isn't for novices, but if you love to cook outdoors and have the means, please treat yourself. If you get the 22" pan, it is a HUGE griddle area you can use for whatever you can imagine. We have done breakfast for the neighborhood, i.e., sausage, pancakes, bacon, omelettes, fried/scrambled eggs. Use your imagination. You could make a twenty-pound hamburger, a 22" pizza. The sky is the limit. We used this paella pan in public just two days after it arrived. I had no experience on it but the recipe is tattooed on my brain, so I went for it. To keep this short, as cooking goes, no flaws were observed (in the equipment) the chef was a little vicious with the gas to start with and smoked (flamed) a cup of olive oil, to start. With a better sense of the burner controls, I starter over and at the end of the day, the 22" pan was empty. One of my friends, just before the paella was ready, said "Dude, that looks fake, like somebody made it out of plastic so they could take a picture of it." Is that a testament to the cooking equipment or the skill of the chef? Order this product and decide for yourself."

    "Wow... What a blast... Ordered the Paella Grill system and made Paella the first night over a wood fire. Second day we grilled sausages for lunch and lamb for dinner over wood. Last night it was tri-tip. Made it family night around the grill and broke out the perron. Haven't tried the gas burner yet. Cooking over wood is so easy. Next weekend will try Paella Negra over the gas burner. "
