  • Essential for slicing whole Spanish hams
  • Sturdy and attractive
  • Easy to assemble

A good jamonero is essential for presenting and slicing a whole Spanish cured ham. This solid ham holder secures your jamón so that you can cut delicious thin slices.

Our jamonero is made of solid wood with stainless steel hardware. It is attractive and easy to clean, and built to last. Each one is branded with the La Tienda logo.

Slicing a jamón is an art and this is one of the essential tools for carving properly. This holder allows you to present your ham with style at parties and family gatherings. And you can store your jamón in the holder for weeks, as long as it is cared for properly and kept in a cool dry place.

This holder is best used with a bone-in ham, though large boneless hams can sometimes fit. If you do slice a boneless ham in the holder, be sure to refrigerate it between uses.

It takes just a few minutes to assemble with the included hardware and Allen wrench. We also have other deluxe ham holders available according to your taste.

"Very sturdy and nice to look at. The only thing I would have liked is for the hook to be slightly bigger. But once you work the hoof in there it stays there."
